FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF THE 67M KASPER 7 (CUSTOM BENETTI, DOUBLE INTERNATIONAL DESIGN AWARD WINNER)

Delivering the 67m Kasper 7—a full-custom Benetti and double winner of prestigious international design awards—demanded turning a visionary concept into tangible perfection.

The project required:

• Sub-millimeter coordination between Italian joiners, digital-fabrication specialists, and bespoke artisans.
• Meticulous prototyping, with every panel dry-fitted, checked, and controlled before final installation.
• Harmonized design elements, ensuring sculptures, lighting, and air-conditioning grilles aligned within a hair’s breadth.

Superyacht Project Management safeguarded the designer’s vision through hundreds of drawings, mock-ups, and relentless quality checks. Owner workshops further refined the project at each milestone.

The result is a floating sanctuary of sculptural calm whose elegance conceals the technical discipline beneath—a true icon of modern yachting.

Following the completion of her original new-build project, Kasper 7 underwent a further refit, delivered in April 2026.
