About Valentina
Valentina is an Interior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in superyacht interiors, interior architecture, and high-end outfitting. She specializes in the delivery of complex interior projects across new build and refit yachts, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment between design intent and technical execution.
She has led interior development on large-scale superyachts up to 88m, overseeing architectural coordination, specification management, supplier and procurement processes, quality control, and project progress through to completion. Acting as a key interface between shipyards, designers, owners, and suppliers, Valentina ensures structured delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Her background includes project management roles within leading yacht interior and furniture manufacturers, where she managed the production and installation of custom interior and exterior furnishings for new build and refit projects.
Valentina holds a Master’s degree in Building Construction and Architectural Engineering from the University of Pisa and is qualified as both an Architect and a Civil and Environmental Engineer.
