About Marco
Marco is a Project Manager with more than 18 years of international experience across the superyacht, cruising, and offshore construction sectors. He specializes in the delivery of complex new build and refit projects, overseeing multidisciplinary technical teams and large-scale programs from concept through completion.
His expertise spans project governance, cost and schedule control, contractual management, technical coordination, and risk mitigation, ensuring structured execution throughout all phases of a yacht project.
Marco holds a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Genoa, graduating with honors. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects. He also holds Lean Six Sigma certification and has completed advanced training in finance, manufacturing, and international communication.
