About Laurent
With over two decades of experience in yacht refit and construction, Laurent Bredy leads Superyacht Project Management.
A mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Aix-Marseille, Laurent began his career as a CAD draftsman in a prominent French shipyard. He rose through the ranks to oversee complex superyacht refit projects across the Mediterranean, acquiring hands-on expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, top coating, decking, and interior outfitting.
Since joining Fraser in 2014, Laurent has combined deep technical know-how with a sharp understanding of owner expectations. As Head of Refit & New Build since 2024, he leads a team that delivers high-value yacht projects with precision, transparency, and speed. Whether overseeing major refits or full custom builds, Laurent ensures each yacht project is delivered on time and beyond client expectations.
