Augustin Fabre

Augustin is a Project Surveyor with technical expertise in refit operations, surveys, and new build coordination within the superyacht industry. He has worked across European shipyards, supporting complex projects through structured technical oversight and on-site supervision.

His role focuses on project coordination, QHSE management, subcontractor supervision, and technical reporting, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases.

Augustin holds advanced qualifications in Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental Management, including a Black Belt in Lean Management. He is a graduate of IUT Aix-Marseille, IUT Toulon, and IEQT Toulon.
